The first official Weather Watcher Mobile Smartphone release.Weather Watcher is your personal Windows mobile weather station. Automatically retrieve the current conditions, hourly forecast, daily forecast, detailed forecast, severe weather alerts (US only) for over 77,000 cities world-wide.

The following changes have been made since the version 0.4 release:

  • FIXED: Moon phase captions were not always displaying correct phase in the Current view.

  • FIXED: Weather Watcher Mobile installer now installs an icon in the Programs folder

While attempting to install programed claimed I needed .NET Compact Framework 2.0, although I already have it installed and installation is not complete. I also attempted to reinstall .NET Compact Framework 2.0 and it would not let me because I already have a version of this software installed, and I was directed to uninstall my first version through program manager. Why do this if I already have it installed?

I have a Moto Q and verion 1.0.0 for Smartphone works well for me. I have the .NET Compact Framework with SP2. I had a little difficulty adding a city but once I figured out how to add a zip code instead it was easy.

Installed this in my Cingular 3125. works great. detailed weather from any city I choose. My phone already has the .net framework properly installed so program works beautifuly.

Works fine on HTC S620. In USA just enter zip code. For world cities find your city on weather.com site. Then right click on page. Click on properties. Your city code is the number at the end of the address. It works well when you get the hang of it.
